The world has confirmed your intuitive feeling that Rihanna would improve your life.
Rihanna headlined the Super Bowl halftime show in Arizona earlier this year, and her performance was so highly anticipated,
that many viewers thought professional football players would play as her opening act.
Rihanna casually (or accidentally) paid off two years of a random guy's mortgage while in Arizona.
The 48-year-old cybersecurity expert/luxe homeowner Spyro Malaspinas told The Wall Street Journal how he acquired so many of Rihanna's cash.
Spyro is a "luxe homeowner" in Paradise Valley, "an affluent community sandwiched between Phoenix and Scottsdale," according to Entertainment Tonight.
Spyro's property was Rihanna's first choice for a place to stay in Arizona, and she offered him $500,000 to rent it for a week.
"The last thing I am is a real estate baron," he told The Wall Street Journal. I'm not proud. I'll leave for $500,000 a week."
Spyro's $7.3 million Rihanna-worthy home's two-year mortgage payments are covered by the rental charge.
He also gained the admiration of his 13-year-old daughter, who was "absolutely thrilled" to learn Rihanna was residing in her home.
