LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne inked a NIL deal to appear in the 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
On Thursday morning, the 20-year-old student tweeted that the cooperation made her "dreams come true."
Pete Nakos of On3 NIL said Dunne is the most followed college athlete on social media and will be one of the first to appear in the publication.
She and another student-athlete (not identified in the article) will be the first pair to appear in the Swimsuit edition this year.
"Women’s sports is something that I want to support and leave my legacy on," Dunne told People Magazine, according Nakos.
"I want to show athletes—especially women—that you can have it all."
Dunne has 11.3 million Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter followers, according to Nakos.
"Usually being a DI athlete, an all-academic and an industrious entrepreneur is enough to garner respect and accolades,"
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition Editor-in-Chief MJ Day told People Magazine, according to Nakos.
But when you're Livvy Dunne and stunningly beautiful, a certain niche population resents you.
Dunne leads college women's gymnastics with a $3.5M On3 NIL Valuation. Her On3 NIL 100 ranking is second, behind Bronny James.
Texas rookie quarterback Arch Manning ($3.2M) and LSU women's basketball player Angel Reese ($1.4M) are also top 10.
