Clayton Kershaw news shocks MLB.

Clayton Kershaw made MLB history Tuesday night. Cooperstown awaits the Dodgers starter. 

Tuesday night reminded us of his legendary career in Los Angeles.

The Dodgers defeated the Mets 5-0 to give Kershaw his 200th career win. Kershaw increased his victory % to.694, according to ESPN Stats & Info.

“Highest in MLB history among pitchers with 200+ wins,” according to the database.

Kershaw's lifetime ERA fell to 2.48. ESPN Stats & Info tweeted that “the lowest in the Live-Ball Era (since RBI became official in 1920) among pitchers with 200 wins.”

It's no surprise Kershaw did that. He worked hard and won several awards. Clayton Kershaw has three Cy Young Awards: 2011, 2013, and 2014. 

2011 Gold Glove and Pitching Triple Crown winner. 2014 NL MVP: Dodgers standout. 

He won the 2020 World Series with the Dodgers after nine All-Star selections and numerous failed efforts.

Kershaw's achievement stunned MLB. He was lauded.
