$50K Powerball ticket boosts jackpot to $87M.

Unclaimed as of Wednesday night's drawing in Arizona is a $50,000 Powerball ticket. Officials from the Arizona Lottery reported that a ticket bought at the QuikTrip located at 4015 E.

Cottonwood Lane in Phoenix matched four of the five numbers plus the Powerball, but failed to win the then-$71 million jackpot.

On Wednesday, the winning numbers were 21, 26, 30, 45, 47, and a Powerball of 23. There was a 3x Power Play.

To what time does Powerball return?
On May 6th, the next Powerball drawing will be held, and the jackpot will be an estimated $87 million.

You only need to match one number to win a prize, but that number had better be the Powerball worth $4.

The cost to enter the drawing is $2 per ticket. You can double your non-jackpot prizes by as much as five if you spend an extra dollar on the Power Play feature.

The new time is 11:59 p.m. Time zone of Arizona on draw evenings beginning the first Sunday of November and ending the second Saturday of March.

This is because of daylight saving time, which is observed by all other Powerball states except Arizona.
